REST is a one-act, duo contemporary circus show that draws on the physical language of hand balancing, partner work, trapeze and aerial fabric through a sensory-rich and immersive audience experience.
Inspired by the 1892 novella The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Gilman, REST explores themes of mental health, isolation, female agency and bodily autonomy.

Three outdoor performances at The Arboretum (Guelph, Ontario) on June 15, 2025 featuring dance trapeze, aerial silks and live music. Inspired by the renewal of spring, this free event invited spectators to slow down, breathe, and experience the harmony between art and nature.
In collaboration with Erika Lui (aerial silks, duo dance trapeze) and Shannon Kingsbury (harp, vocals).
In partnership with the University of Guelph Arborteum and support from Arrell Food Institute.
Created with support from the Guelph Arts Council's Activating Art micro-grant project.
*Meaning “re-greening” in Old French, “Reverdie” is a medieval genre of song or poetry that celebrates the arrival of spring.
