Let's get bendy! This 3-week flexibility series is designed to help aerialists improve their splits on the ground and in the air through focused work on front splits (square and open), middle splits and pancake (straddle). Each 1-hour class combines active and passive flexibility training to build both range and strength.
This class emphasizes safe, sustainable technique and will help participants develop a deeper understanding of muscle engagement to support their individual mobility goals. Ideal for aerialists just starting their flexibility journey or those looking to deepen their existing skills.
Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced students.
